Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account and OTP. You must not share your login or OTP with anyone.

Products & Services

The App may provide access to gold, silver, diamond jewellery, Digi Gold, Digi Silver, savings schemes and other services. Product availability, prices, rates and offers may change without prior notice.

Digi Gold & Digi Silver

Digital gold and silver purchases will be recorded against your account based on the applicable rate and quantity at the time of transaction. Redemption will be subject to the applicable terms, rates, charges, taxes and availability.

Gold & Silver Rates

Gold and silver rates displayed on the App may change from time to time. The rate applicable to a transaction shall be the rate confirmed at the time of the transaction.

Payments

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on the App. A transaction is considered successful only after payment confirmation is received by Balaji Gold House or its authorised payment service provider.

Orders & Redemption

Orders and redemption requests are subject to verification and acceptance by Balaji Gold House. Applicable taxes, charges, making charges and other applicable costs may apply.

App Usage

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access, provide false information, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Third-Party Services

Payments, KYC, OTP and certain other services may be provided through authorised third-party service providers and may be subject to their respective terms.

Changes to Terms

Balaji Gold House may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be made available through the App.
